To Refer a Patient

Call Option Health to refer a patient or to learn more about our comprehensive home infusion therapies, specialty pharmacy services, respiratory therapies and home medical equipment.  Our business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,Monday through Friday. Nursing, pharmacy, and respiratory services are on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
